Great location, beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff, helpful receptionist. Peaceful setting, good breakfast. Pets allowed, perfect for walks. Renting bikes is convenient.

Great location in the woods with the possibility of romantic walks, ideal for a couple’s retreat. , the hotel has a decent restaurant that serves good food.
The hotel is in dire need of renovation and updating, with outdated furniture, dim lighting, and stained carpets. The room we were allocated was uncomfortable, with very little attention given to making the bed or cleaning the bathroom.

Located in the heart of the Veluwe, this hotel had the perfect location in the woods. You could take endless walks and hikes in the area, making it a great spot for nature lovers. the room furnishings were decent, and the breakfast was quite nice!
Some of the furniture was slightly outdated and the bathroom needs renovation, but didn't affect the experience too much.

Spent Xmas at a historic hotel in the middle of the woods and it was amazing! the location was perfect, as we could start long hikes through the woods and enjoy the beautiful heather. the staff made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and the breakfast buffet was delicious. we enjoyed the fact that we were able to bring our pets along which made it feel like home.
Although the hotel had a lot of character, some parts of it were dated. the rooms were plain and could use some new furniture.
